O quarto é confortável, porém o atendimento foi péssimo! Em um dos episódios, minha esposa pediu para trocar os cobertores e foi completamente ignorada! Ela solicitou a troca e quando se dirigiu ao quarto, viu que os mesmos ainda estavam lá. Quando foi abordar o recepcionista, o mesmo disse que ela estava mentindo. Além disso, a maioria dos funcionários não tratava com profissionalismo, parecendo que estavam em um ambiente informal.

Pousada simples mais para casais do que família.

Pousada bem próximo das praias Azeda e Azedinha, podendo ir a pé, 10min no máximo. Ficamos em 2 quartos na pousada durante o final de semana. A pousada não possue concierge apenas uma pessoa na recepção então não tem ninguém nem carrinho p/ levar malas...O quarto de casal que ficamos era o mais luxuoso, foi excelente tudo bem moderno e bem decorado, porém o banheiro precisa toalheiro. Já no quarto mais simples, poderiam melhorar a iluminação, pois não possui iluminação no teto apenas nas paredes. A parte de refeição apenas o café da manhã era bom, mas as refeições não eram saborosas e bem feitas. Não possui jantar e encerra cedo a cozinha.

Aniversário em Búzios

Boa pousada em João Francisco. Atendimento e limpeza muito bons. Entrada e saída sem complicação, e o pessoal da pousada é muito simpático. O funcionário Alex nos recebeu com educação e rapidez. A pousada não tem acessibilidade, e fica numa subida: esperem muitos degraus até o seu quarto. A pousada não tem estacionamento, demos sorte de parar na mesma rua da pousada e não precisar pagar estacionamento extra. O café da manhã estava bem fraco: frutas que não estavam com bom aspecto, alem de alguns pães já dormidos. A vista é belíssima, da janela onde ficamos. Tinha uma obra bem ao lado da pousada, começando o falatório de pedreiros ainda antes das oito horas. Não nos foi comunicado. A praia do João Fernandes é um caos - assim como toda a cidade no verão. Não aconselho ir a cidade mesa época - tudo caro, cheio, lotado, exaustivo.
