Ótimo local

Pousada muito boa,com ótimo atendimento prestado pelo Luciano, sempre muito prestativo e solicito. Localização excelente,pé na areia mesmo só atravessar a rua,quarto amplo e limpo, só achei que o café da manhã poderia ser mais completo, mas nada que desabone o local,fora que possui estacionamento próprio, recomendo.

O atendimento e estrutura é muito boa, porém sugiro que os funcionários utilizem máscara o tempo todo e de maneira correta. Além disto a cortina Blackout do quanto não cobria toda a janela e entrava muita claridade.

Bom custo benefício

Estadia muito boa. Funcionários solícitos. Limpeza ok, mas nenhum primor. Boa localização em relação às principais praias da região dos Lagos como Pontal do Atalaia, Prainha e Forte. Contudo, a praia do Foguete (só atravessar a rua) é de águas agitadas com correntezas, perigosa para banho e venta muito também, mas no geral eu gostei. Um ponto negativo da pousada é o Wifi. Só funciona bem na recepção. Fiquei no quarto n 3 é o sinal era quase inexistente.

Reservamos um final de semana para comemorar o aniversário do meu pai sendo que no check-out fomos cobrados por cama extra, sendo que já havia pago no ato da compra e na hora da saída o dono Srº Luis deixou com seu funcionário o valor a pagar como cama extra. O mesmo havia dito que no check-in estava tudo certo. Se estava tudo certo porque só informada na saída de tal cobrança por um funcionário geral e sem saber saber explicar o porque. Tivemos que aguardar sua chegada após uma hora de espera e mesmo assim imposta a fazer tal pagamento. Lembrando que foram duas diárias , podendo ter sido informada no momento da entrada , informando que estava sendo uma cortesia e que estava nos ajudando.
