"Booked a non-smoking room. Our room was very smoky smelling. We reported it to the front desk upon arrival and asked for another room. The hotel was fully booked so no other room available. No discounts or accommodations were given for getting a smoked in room when booking and paying for a non smoking room. Poor customer service in our opinion."

"I had an incident in my room and the front office person was only able to give me an email to send my information too."

"The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate."

"In the middle of plenty of food stores and shopping areas, many are within walking distance."

"The property is undergoing a lot of changes which will be great once finished. Due to this, some things like gym are unavailable. Our room was amazing, handicap accessible. Good shower and easy to get in. Breakfast was good. We’d stay again."

"The outside doors won’t let you in- all the key pads don’t work…as in only the front door lets you into the motel. The beds are hard, the pillows are fluffy, but drown you when you lay on them. AC struggles to keep up and the room never hit 73. The pool was great. Plenty of parking in the back and on the sides, but you’re gonna have to hoof it to the front door to get in. Elevator is slow. I won’t be back, even though it met my cleanliness requirements."
