"I was able to check in 30 mins early which was nice. The receptionist was very nice. Once I got to the first room I saw that the key card lock looked like it was hanging off the door. It was extremely loose as in someone tried to break into the room. Once I got in the room it had an odor to it, like it was stale. I walked around the room to only notice that the balcony door was broken, rust all over the lamps, the lamp itself was broken and was being held together by fabric tape. The walls had stains on them, as well as the bed linen. I filmed everything that was an issue in the room and Immediately I called downstairs to get another room. Nobody answered so I went back down, the receptionist apologized for the inconvenience and gave me another room. I went to the next room with the same issues as before. I made sure to take pictures of everything so i could show the receptionist. The smell in this room was damp and you can tell that wet linen had to been placed on the bed because it smelled like mild dew. Never have I EVER been so disgusted at an hotel. I stayed at this place when it first opened many years ago, which is why I came back. I will never go back. I went downstairs to tell the receptionist, which she understood my complaint and canceled my reservation. This establishment has a no cancelation/ refund policy but with hopes of the property manager giving me a full refund in a few days due to the extreme inconvenience which left me without a hotel to stay at."
