We stayed in room 10 aircon didn’t work properly. Room was very hot and uncomfortable. Reception came to look fiddled around with it, didn’t help. Good location. Room was clean. Good staff overall. Air conditioning was good. Did not see any laundry facilities though did not need it for the short stay but will need more detail information on that in case of the future
