Room was beautiful.clean and everything we needed. Lifts were slow from the carpark...and small so when they did come we couldnt fit in...(mother had a walker) Lifts also not that clean. Tv would not turn off unless.i turned it off at the wall.. Otherwise everythi g was fantastic..
