"Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Chairs in breakfast area need to be replaced. When you sit down you just keep going lower. This is not only unexpected but also makes it more difficult to stand back up for anyone with mobility issues. We also got locked out of our room after already leaving stuff inside. They needed to call in maintenance to repair lock. On duty staff were very supportive, but I expected to hear something from the hotel manager the following day...

"Everything was great. When my room wasn’t ready upon arrival, staff moved me to a new clean room. Very informative and kind. Only thing was the breakfast was extremely limited. Just fruit, bagels, and a 24/7 coffee machine. Otherwise clean, no problems. Perfect for a night stay."

"The remote control for the television did not function properly. TV only displayed options of Netflix, Amazon etc... I wanted to watch regular, basic channels and none of the buttons worked. I called the reception desk and all she said was if I can go get new batteries because there was no staff available to assist with the remote. After the new batteries, the remote still did not work. I called once again, and she said I must wait until after 10am. My family and I fell asleep for a few hours...

"I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The manager and his employees are always friendly and go out of their way to ensure there are no concerns. The hotel is very clean and quiet."

"Disappointed, because once I booked this, it was non refundable and I realized there was no free continental breakfast, and we had to pay 10 dollars to park overnight!! It wasn’t worth the money, but it was clean and a place to stay."

"We had a handicapped suite with the no curb shower. The curtain needs to be a little longer as the shower sprayer went onto the floor."

"From the moment I walked in, the vibes were off. The front desk staff did not greet me and acted as if I was being a burden by being there. Gave me two rooms like I had booked and initially would not accommodate them being on the same floor but after a minute they were able to find adjacent rooms?Both rooms were dirty , smelled like marijuana and the sofa beds either had dirty grime on them or blood stains and hair from a previous guest on the blanket. They changed rooms for me, but accidentally...

"Hotel staff very helpful and friendly The only thing was the smell on the hallway, we stayed on the second floor and the smell was disgusting, like someone was smoking marihuana I did complain but the answer I got was nothing they can do!"

"I was a little disappointed when upon exiting the shower I opened a towel to find it yellow with brown steaks. I reported to the front desk upon leaving and she was very responsive. I have stayed many times with this company I hope this was just a mishap. I do enjoy everything about this hotel company."
