"The a/c offin lobby and hallways too hot!!! The areas are too hot"

"Staff was great. The only issue we had was you are a cashless property but charge cash to wash and dry clothes. That would be ok however because you take only quarters and the manager os the only one who can give you change. This becomes a problem when a manager is not.on duty. Inhad to go to a c- store to get change. I suggest putting a changer in the laundry room or lobby"

"The property was great, the rooms could be more disabled friendly around the toilet area, love the bbq station by the pool, the staff was very nice"

"Decidimos quedarnos porque tenía un buen precio e incluía desayuno. Al realizar el check in preguntamos por el procedimiento y horario para el desayuno y nos indicaron que ellos no ofrecían ese servicio. Así que mucho ojo antes de reservar con ellos. 3 días hospedándonos y ningún día paso el personal de limpieza."

"I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast."

"Everything was nice but it’s not much to do there, especially if the weather outside isn’t good."

"It’s a very old hotel, there were no blankets available, TV had very few channels, the volume didn’t work and the outlet behind the TV looked unsafe and could start a fire! The carpet had a tear in it, the lock on the glass door was loose and it also had a bar to secure the door. Parking was very limited and tight. Would not recommend staying there and we won’t be back!"

"I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like...

"The property needs updates in floors carpets , bathrooms, etc"

"Apartment was clean everything was in working condition the beach and restaurants were close in walking distance. Area was very safe."

"I like the closeness to a main road. The rooms look like they need updating. Dishwasher would get full of water as if the sink was draining into it after bringing up the first day it was fixed but it happened again it was brought up again no one fixed it and our room didn’t get cleaned garbage still in room when we came back from an all day conference to find no one came to clean. Disappointing when we paid over a 1,000.00 for 3 day stay."
