"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the moment I arrived, there were clear issues with cleanliness and overall management. The biggest problem was the presence of roaches in the room. Seeing multiple insects crawling around made it impossible to feel comfortable or safe, and it raised serious concerns about hygiene standards. This alone made the stay extremely unpleasant. The “General Manager” Charles was extremely rude! We booked a stay for a week coming in from out of town and were concerned about arriving close to closing office hours so we contacted the office with concerns to weigh our options. Charles dismissed us as if we were nothing, then when asked his name he became snappy. Additionally, there were groups of people hanging around outside the property at all hours, which made the environment feel unsafe and unwelcoming. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. Between the cleanliness issues, poor customer service, and uncomfortable atmosphere, this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had! Pictures are falsely advertised for the property. "

"I understand that inexpensive means that amenities will be minimal, but I do expect a clean room that creates a comfortable atmosphere. I have stayed at other Studio and Motel 6. This property does not meet this standard. In my first room most of the lights worked, but the toilet didn't stop running. In my second room, many of the lights in the room did not work. The bed was made so that a very rough and questionably clean blanket was on the bottom, the top sheet on top of it. I walked around the room barefoot and when I put my feet up on the bed I left black marks on the white sheet. I used a hotel towel to clean the floor and it was also covered in black. I used that towel to shimmy around the room for my two night stay. The bathroom door had water damage and the front face was separating from the door frame, and the hinges were operable but took effort to open and close the door. There was coffee in the room, but no coffee maker. I walked to the front desk (the phone in the room did not work) and there were no coffee makers available (Courtyard around the corner has a Starbucks). The staff was very nice but had limited ability to help."

"Is was so dirty! Cigarette butts floating in pool, smelled like urine and mold. Had to leave the hotel at 10pm because there was a cockroach in our room! Do Not Stay here! "

"The staff was very nice. They put the umbrellas up for us at the pool and everyone was very friendly. Our room was ready early and that was a nice surprise. Room was big and beds were comfy. Only thing I would request is water out by the lemonade. We were told they would put water bottles in our room but that never happened. Very friendly staff and seems like a pretty good location. "

"Front desk staff was friendly and helpful in getting a reduced rate. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Would definitely stay there again if I was back in the area."

"Avoid at all cost, not safe. Left a night earlier, could not tolerate staying there. Got there and people drinking in the parking lot, smell of weed in lobby. Carpets are nasty, place has not seen a vacuum in years, celling tiles falling apart, room floors sticky and rusted shower. Again! Avoid! "
