"Felt embarrassed by Breakfast staff First of all they have not issued my breakfast tickets when i checked in( for which i paid). And then when i went to have my breakfast and they asked for a ticket which i didnt have, then i said let me go and get the ticket Then the breakfast lady came running behind me and when i was talking to the receptionist, she was tell her that some thing like “not everyone will get breakfast” and ran inside to get manager By the time, the manager came and asked is there any problem, she gave me breakfast ticket after looking at my resrvation. I felt sooo embarrassed by that breakfast staff. Which i never felt like at any hotels Not even at motels."

"Overall okay for the price. Toilet lid was broken, shower had stains and roaches were found in the room."

"There are no smoke free rooms at this location. People outside pushing shopping carts full of things. I was promised a smoke free room only to find out that this really was not an option. Had to cancel and go to a clean motel."

"I expected a nicer stay. The room was dilapidated, paint covering rotting wall tiles, ceiling, wall texture and bed frames. The chairs were absolutely filthy. My grandmother was so disgusted, she refused to take her clothes off & slept on top of the sheets with a shopping bag barrier between her and any linens. Would not recommend & will not return."

"The room was dirty and nasty, bug crawling in the kitchen area and bathroom. They didn’t have any towels or wash clothes had to go to Walmart to purchase some. Noisy, ppl slamming and closing doors all through the night. "
