Breakfast was limited (would have been nice to eat together with family in other rooms rather than have the same delivery each morning) and would have made more use of the bar had it been open for a nightcap. "Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"Wanted city view was placed I am sure in an upgrade as it came with kitchen however it was one night and there for a concert. Could not relax as it is like a fishbowl with neighbor apartment staring in. This place would of benefited from sheers bc even first thing in morning I felt exposed opening curtains in room 1409. Last time in March, room I had was great!"

"We had such a blast here celebrating my twins’ 8th birthday. The guest services team worked with me to put a cake and balloons in the room for us! The breakfast was delicious (loved the mini smoothies) and the room was clean. I would 100% come back here next time we are in Toronto."
