"Within 5 minutes of entering our room we were unable to exit the room due to the door handle not working. Thankfully our brother and sister in law were next door we slid the key under the door to them. We called the fromt desk they said yeah sorry but hotel is full nothing we can do. Then called back said we have a door stop you can just leave it In the door when you are in the room.. um im going to sleep with my door open? Or I close it and cant get out if there is a fite? "Loved the cleanliness of the property. The location was good. The breakfast was ok. When I went to get oatmeal it was empty. When I went to make a waffle, the waffle batter was empty. When I went to make hot tea, the hot water decanter was empty. They did refill each item promptly. Other than than breakfast was pretty good. We asked for additional 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths at the front desk. We received 2 bath towels and 9 wash clothes. Yes 9! But overall...

"The parking seemed full and it was only about 15 cars I pulled in to go in and check in but they were too many scary people around my car so I was afraid to get out I called and they said there was plenty of parking across the street. Across the street was a parking garage with a big sign that said enter at your own risk. When I called they acted like I was an idiot well I'm a 62-year-old woman that wasn't about to fight a whole clan of sketchy strange intimidating creatures or whatever you want...

"My stay was lovely. I was in a cool, air conditioned room with an easily adjustable thermostat, good lighting, clean comfortable bed and room. The breakfast bar was well stocked and cleaned regularly, the coffee was GREAT, they had the bold blend which I loved. The staff was helpful and attentive."

"The bed was tolerable. The shower was very inconvenient. The commode entirely too low! The temperature of the room was comfortable and they brought more towels promptly when asked. The whole place needs updated. The food in the restaurant was not good at all. The hostess in the restaurant was rude and extremely unfriendly!"

"The hotel itself is decent for a quick stay in a rural town. The downside though, is waking up to a live bed bug in the bed. I was mortified. The hotel staff did respond swiftly and professionally. They helped me clothes. I threw out the pajamas I wore that night. Of course my main concern is bringing any home. I’m hoping to get the refund they promised me. Be aware and always check your room for unwanted guest."

"There are several long term renters. It’s a rough crowd. The lamp by the bed was busted. Water taps switched. Evidence of recent fumigation. It felt like someone had just moved out. I’m fine with less than standard accommodations but I felt like I was likely to be part of a crime scene. My wife warned me not to come home with bedbugs. So, as quickly as I unloaded the car, I packed it back up and hit the road. If you’re on the lam from the law, this might be a fine place to hide out. I just...
