"Overall review All good!"

"Awesome staff! Globally competitive when it comes to hospitality. Highly recommended."

"Property is lacking attention to details when it comes to welcoming guest and room(smell) however once the staff got to know me, they have been accommodating. Positive attitude towards my request is very much appreciated and the peaceful atmosphere of the area(no traffic sounds) all hours of the day. I suggest they offer some dinner menus/evening food. Love their coffees and breakfast food. Maybe some continental breakfast. Overall I am happy and the longer I stayed the more I felt at...

"Positive note: I smelt the freshness of the beddings. The staff were friendly and smiling. Negative notes: the toilet seat was ill-fitted , I end up sitting on the toilet bowl as the seat kept sliding backwards. The carpet was stained needs a good shampooing or replacing. I wiped the bed side table and telephone apparatus and they were really dusty and grubby. Food in the restaurant was costly for it's quality."

"The rooms were very clean, showers were spotless, we had a welcome kit of towels blankets the ac was nice had access to t.v room service the food was good just took a little while, the staff was friendly and for the amount of days we stayed it was inexpensive "

"Nice place. It is not in walking distance to any shops of places to eat. If that's okay, its a good area "

"Yes there is a nice courtyard and the neighborhood where you can walk your dog "

"The room is so dirty, the pool is so disgusting. The environment is so dirty 👎👎👎👎"

"We requested if we can check in 30 minutes early, we’re so exausted from our trip( hot weather). The staff said you can, only to charge us additional 300 pesos. They should be considerate since it’s only a few minutes before check in, the bad thing is that we are seniors."

"The staff are friendly and attentive."

"Bugs in the bathroom toilet treats Limited"

"Clean room and friendly staff!"

"SM mall"

"I was really looking forward to this stay. The pictures online are beautiful, reality was a bit different. The staff were nice and helpful. The bed and the surfaces were clean, under the cabinets was filthy and there were spiderwebs in the corners of the room. A light was in poor repair and falling off the wall. There are many lights in the room but only one light in the bathroom. I was only provided with two bath towels, hand towels and face cloths would have been nice."
