"This property is a vacation club property which we were unaware at time of booking. Felicia, our concierge, was amazing. She made our stay enjoyable. She remembered our names and greeted us each day to see what she could could do to assist us. She contacted the person for our excursion to make sure we would be picked up and brought back. "Hotel was full of locals with no manners,lines to have lunch that we ate outside hotel. When did get to dine the buffet was full of people and cutting in line. I also got very sick when I ate lunch there…had to stay in hotel room all day because to be close to a bathroom. Assigned 3rd floor but elevator was broken. I will not go back but staff was super nice!"
