"We give this a 10/10 for a 4-star stay. For it being a facility that is not strictly a hotel, we were amazed by the experience. We must open with that the staff did a phenomenal job with communicating early and even assisting with surprising my girlfriend with flowers, a snoopy gift item, and wine. "Comentar que las fotos no coinciden con la propiedad, la refri no funcionaba el baño se inundaba cada que te bañabas, el ascensor ponías la cabe mil veces te atorabas en la playa te perseguían los de seguridad no podías disfrutar el lugar bonito pero vas a pasar un infierno y nada de paz no lo recomiendo para nada SÚPER NEFASTO el olor del baño"

"After a truly horrible experience with a different property in Puerto Vallarta, Vallarta shores was a saving grace for our family trip. The staff did their best to immediately accommodate our family when moving to their property at 11:00 a.m. The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned with amazing views.
