"We stayed in 3 bed - unit. Great location, super clean. Only caveat / sliding barn door on the bathroom- didn’t quite cut it. The door wasn’t wide enough so there were small gaps - it didn’t actually provide “privacy” in the privy."

"It is so easy to get to the ship from this hotel 25- 30 min walk with luggages, on 3rd avenue . The slop of the hill is verry smooth. We are 66 & 74 years old Or ask Sam to call you a transport for approx 11$ Near from resto and Bar It was perfect"

"The first room I was given met my ADA needs, being on the first floor near a handicapped spot, but the toilet was leaking. The owner offered a “better room” on the second floor, which I accepted due to exhaustion after my 7-hour drive. The second room seemed renovated but felt cramped, with the beds separated awkwardly, leaving little space to access one side. "Elevator kept breaking down and key cards had to be reset every couple of days for some reason so had many trips to front desk to reset room key cards. Staff friendly and helpful but some things just didn’t work well. Bargain price for longer term stays."

"I’ve been in so many hotels. But seriously this is the worst. It smells so bad. Couldn’t sleep. Made a reservation here because couldn’t find something affordable last minute. I seriously don’t recommend this place to anyone. Specially if you have kids. Don’t go there!!!!"

"It has a roof, air conditioning, a bed, wifi (didnt really use it), walking distance to the beach helpful staff, and was clean For what I paid, it was good. Dont expext anything fancy. Breakfast has no meat, at least the weekend i was there."

"Great area--restaurants (walk around), Vons supermarket directly across the street, laundry close by on Alamitos Avenue. The pool adds to the beach ambience. Lots of historic/vintage architecture in the area, so very walkable."
