"What I liked about the property was the staff, including the cleaning lady. They were all very friendly and did a great job. What I didn’t like was the room and its cleanliness. The first thing we saw when we entered was hair on the bed. Since cleanliness is the most important factor for me, this immediately ruined the experience. De long couloirs. Des décors magnifiques. Tout ça, avec le modernisme d’aujourd’hui ! chambres minimalistes mais très spacieuses. Bonne literie . vue imprenable sur Varèse ou le lac . "We loved our stay here. A beautiful, old style property with beautiful gardens, lovely old furnishings with lots of artwork on the walls. Phenomenal views from the rooftop area, which is sadly underutilized. Great lake views from many of the rooms. 20 minute walk into Stresa along a lovely walkway on the lake edge. Good breakfast as well. Highly recommended"

Mit Englisch aber auch teilweise Deutsch kommt man sehr gut zurecht. Das Frühstück ist eine tolle Auswahl und auch ein Besuch im Restaurant am Abend ist ein absolutes Highlight. Would’ve liked to spend more time on the balcony, unfortunately, the area was suffering a pretty brutal The only time we ate on the premises was in the bar. Had an absolutely wonderful club sandwich. Would recommend highly. Lastly, we really enjoyed the pool area. We were able to enjoy drinks and food as well."
