"This is my new favorite place- right down from Ellen's Shell station that has the best pizza in town. :). I felt safe who was clean they use Dove products, so grateful for your skin, the environment and women's initiatives. Just an all-around wonderful place that deserves the five stars. "No one ever at the front desk but came quickly when rang. Checked into a room that already had a sleeping guest. Bathroom faucet dripped loudly all night, no shampoo in shower dispenser. Breakfast waffle maker broken first day, no fruit ever, only two baggles available and no cream cheese. Property very rundown with peeling paint on outside and chipped ceiling in room. Bathroom vent broken. I've been a guest here for the past several years but won't stay here again."

"We were texted at 8am, day of check in that the pool, spa and hot breakfast were all down. We just checked in quickly at 3 to change for a wedding. When we returned from the wedding at night, we noticed how bad the room smelled. On top of all the amenities being down and the smell, we decided to make the 3 hour drive home. We spent an hour on the phone with Hotels.com before being transferred to the hotel front desk. We were told there was nothing they could do because it was so late. If we did not have to be at a wedding, we would have taken care of calling them earlier. This was not a good experience and we would not stay here again."
