"Amy and James were incredibly welcoming and always available for anything we could need. The room was perfect and exactly what we needed for our trip. "Yr Hen Farcdy is wonderful accommodation in a beautiful setting, close to Snowdonia and all the special areas of north Wales. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and private, and the hosts Mike and Sue could not be more hepful. The breakfasts are delicious with a great range of options. We loved our 6 nights there and highly recommend it as a base fir exploring the region, or a spot for just chilling out."

"The rooms were clean and well appointed. The lobby and dining room were beautifully fitted out and a very well stocked bar. Dan was an amazing host , she was extremely welcoming and made us feel very at home. Parking was great, and just a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and pier. "Everything about the property was great. Staff, bedroom, breakfast all brilliant. We feel we should have been warned about the scaffolding and plastic sheeting all round the front of the property, which virtually obliterated the view. Providing a bottle of Prosecco and 20% off the our next stay is all well and good, but didn’t mitigate our disappointment, considering it was quite expensive!"

"Everything was excellent except the ammount of stairs we had to negotiate. At 83 with Rheumatoid Arthritis — a replaced knee and a heart with four stents in -it was really not suitable for me - however the hosts were kind -very helpful and made my stay manageable and a joy. Sadly I will not be able to return but will recommend it wholeheartedly to my young and fit friends. "

"Another superb nights stay. Parking is off-road and right outside the property. The room was plenty big enough, very clean and it a great condition. The bathroom is a good size with an excellent shower. Breakfast was top notch and a quick service. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I'd be more than happy to stay there again."
