"I cannot say enough good things about the EB Hotel Quito, the amenities and their fantastic staff. Despite my lack of Spanish, they were so accommodating and made me feel so comfortable. I must especially recognize both Dalllery and Diana at the front desk/reception. I must also recognize the amazing masseuse, Luz. I was there for 5 days and had 3 massages! The restaurant and management staff were equally outstanding. I look forward to returning and staying at this wonderful resort to further explore beautiful Ecuador."

"It was a good hotel and the staff was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised that the stay included transportation to the airport. The only things I would change would be the towels and the soap bar. They could use a better towels quality cuter shampoo conditioner and soap dispensers to add a nicer touch to the room."

"This property is in a terrible, unsafe neighborhood ! Not sure how they can call this a “wildlife or wilderness reserve “. That is false advertising. Could not sleep at night with all the dogs barking and planes coming and landing overhead. The rooms had bugs crawling on the floor and doorknobs fell off when used them. We were to stay there for 3 nights a but checked out after 1 night. They did make a good pizza…!"

"Amazing atmosphere in this country setting. Staff were wonderful, food and drink was great. The spa baths, temezcal, and massages are excellent. Horseback riding was a fantastic experience. The road to get there is difficult, so do not take a regular car taxi to get there, it will not make it and there is no cellular service in the area to call for help whrn you get stuck. Use a truck taxi or SUV. The hotel has wifi."
