"Great hotel inside the walls of Volterra, very helpful staff and great location."

"I wanna thank the amazing staff, they were all super nice and attentive , the Hotel is AMAZING, it makes you feel like you are home, the view is just out of this world. I would without a doubt stay there every time visiting San Geminiano. PS: Parking was easy and Breakfast was 5 stars.."

"The property is in a great location and the rooms are excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and both experiences were wonderful."

"The employees are absolutely the best! Excellent service. The room was impecable, and they did do the room service everyday. The pool was perfect for the summer (doesn’t have heater). Das Essen war jedes Mal sehr geschmackvoll, liebevoll angerichtet und absolut empfehlenswert.🍝🍷 Die...

"This is an absolutely stunning property. The restaurant and bar prices are high considering the already high price tag to stay here. There is a lack of staff and the rooms could use a good dusting (we stayed in 2 rooms and thought this could be said about both). The breakfast had a lovely selection and the waitress serving coffee was very friendly. The pool is beautiful but very cold, and it can be difficult to sit outside due to the mosquitoes. We enjoyed our 3 night stay but would not...
