"This hotel is stunning, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and its the first hotel I've stayed at where they follow their own rule of not replacing towels if you keep them hung up! My only complaint was that the pool chairs photographed were not set up even though it was a warm May weekend but perhaps these are only set up in the summer. "

"This is a great location in Siena, close to all the sights. Just a note that there is no elevator, but the front desk man kindly carried my luggage up to the 2nd floor which was great. My only challenge was that the room was very warm (25.3C), and there was no working fan to move air around.
