The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent."

"We stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the beautiful setting of the property. The grounds, terrace, and pool area were absolutely lovely and made it feel like a peaceful escape just outside the city. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and breakfast each morning was very good. We stayed in one of the loft rooms, which was spacious and unique.
