"My stay was great. The staff was helpful. The problem occurred. Once we return home and found unexplained charges to our credit card reaching out to the managers of the resort we got no response. was even hung up on so very low rating in trying to resolve this problem."

"Overall we had a really nice stay at Zoëtry! The facilities are really nice, especially the pool and our room. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Overall, the atmosphere was very charming and relaxing. Cons were that the food wasn’t very good, except at the steakhouse where you had to pay extra outside of the all-inclusive, and the beach they use is open to the public, so it’s just not quite as peaceful compared to a private beach. If you are looking for a resort vacation that is very relaxing without breaking the bank, and you don’t mind missing some of the full luxury experiences, then Zoëtry would be a great place for you and/or your family!"
