"Breakfast was of poor quality. Staff had a hard time keeping up with coffee or anything, and there were not a lot of people there. The heat/AC in Rm 211 worked well, but the entire cover fell off. It is so close to one side of the king bed, that it probably gets bumped a lot. In reality that bed should have been placed in the other half of the room where the sofa is, so there is more space around the bed. However, the bed pillows and the towels were great! The male receptionist has an attitude issue. Never smiled. Gave information so quickly it was hard to decipher. The "

"This hotel is 5 stars because it has great rooms, great staff, great breakfast, the overall property is new and outstanding, the 4 floors are in an atrium, lots of stores and restaurants near by, we were totally impressed, the staff is top notch, we will be back."

"We should have known when we pulled in and Police had assigned parking spots this was a questionable establishment. The entire facility can't even call this a hotel is filthy. It is marketed as an extended stay hotel but in reality it is a homeless shelter you get to pay to stay in. Never in all our travels have we felt the need or urgency to vacate a hotel room. When we brought our concerns to the front desk we were offered another room but can honestly say we knew from what we had seen so far it was not going to be an improvement. We had to find another hotel at 1130pm on a Friday night after traveling 12 hours. We are still waiting on Expedia to provide a refund."

"Beautiful complex, new, clean, nicely furnished and nice amenities. However, it is next to a large freeway and the noise is constant. Also, the lighting in the parking lot keeps the bedrooms quite bright all night. We had a very difficult time sleeping during our stay."
