"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "Only stayed one night. I thought facilities were surprisingly spacious and well equipped. Communication before our arrival was excellent."

"Great place to stay with dogs. Nice rooms and a kitchen. They also provide EV Car charging which I took advantage of for £20/day. This property does not come up on the Hotels.com search filter for EV charging locations. "

"Lovely house, nice and clean. Spacious. Beds were sooo comfy! Great secure garden for the dogs. Upstairs toilet wasn’t working but owner was apologetic. Overall was a great find. Would definitely book again :) "

"Lovely dog friendly site with easy access to the beach. Caravan needs a little TLC, bathrooms clean but kitchen not so. We couldn’t get the oven to work (could be user error) but we ate out in the end. Towels not there on arrival but delivered the next morning, however no hand towels or bath mats. Communication from the host was great from booking onwards. We had a nice holiday, thank you."

"Nice little cottage. Great location for access to the coast. Great to have a parking space round the back of the property. Decor nice, well appointed kitchen. Some issues with cleanliness. Things just a little grubby. Had to wash crockery and glasses before using them. (It didn't spoil our stay) Lovely to have snacks and wine left for us on arrival. We would definitely stay again."

"What a lovely place to stay for north Norfolk. The host was so helpful and welcoming. One of the most important things which need to be right when you stay away is the comfort of the bed. This bed, for us, comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. It was also a good size with a 4 chair dining table. The living room was equally comfortable. The only room not mentioned is the bathroom / wet room. Perfect warm water from the boiler and there's a double shower head. Would I...
