Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. "Host did not send any pre-details. When I finally got in touch on the mobile number they advised the property was no longer available. However the full cost was still taken by hotels.com Either the host is in the wrong or hotels.com is, but either way I was left with no accommodation and a £200 bill for literally nothing. Do not book. Absolute scam."
