"This property goes above and beyond expectations. The location is "challenging" at first to get to, but once you figure it out is easy peezy! Plenty of parking for hotel guests. Staff is super nice and does their best with english, but ALWAYS tries with a smile. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL! The view is stunning! Weddings do happen almost daily, BUT with the door shut it isn't disturbing, PLUS you get fireworks show. Definitely worth the tiny drive from Naples to stay in a nicer, cheaper,...

"Scarsa organizzazione, cibo senza glutine scaduto all'interno del frigobar(essendo un ospite celiaco), dopo aver fatto richiesta, ci è stato comunicato dopo 2 ore di attesa che vi erano frigoriferi rotti e che non vi era disponibilità di cibo gluten free. All'indomani il personale addetto alla colazione ci ha riferito dell'inesatezza della notizia e che invece vi era disponibilità. Dal mattino al rientro in camera, dopo colazione, vi era un forte maleodore proveniente dal bagno che ha saturato...

"Nice stay. We went out of season so island and hotel very quiet. Lovely service from B&B owner. Booked a family room with breakfast but ended up with two rooms...not an issue for us. No breakfast being served either, again not an issue as bakery just up the road. It was our of season so I think these were more of a miscommunication with hotels.com. Great location for Barano beach, easy to reach using no 5 bus from main bus station from ischia port."
