"L’esperienza presso il Baia Verde è stata nel complesso positiva. La struttura si presenta pulita e in ordine, con personale disponibile e sempre gentile, capace di rendere il soggiorno piacevole. La colazione offre un buffet ricco, con una qualità complessivamente media ma comunque soddisfacente. Il vero punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente la zona solarium e la discesa diretta al mare, che rappresentano un grande plus: permettono di rilassarsi completamente e prendere il sole godendo...

"The choices of food was not great, it felt like prison that we couldn’t use any part of the hotel after 11pm as everywhere was locked until 8am. When we used the pool outside there was a mice in there happily swimming, when we advised the Hotel someone from maintenance came and took it out with a net he I didn’t use any other equipment or anything to clean the pool. We then refused to go into the pool and nothing was done about it. We were overcharged for something we didn’t have on our check...

"Keswan and the team here were not helpful at all in my booking. Highly recommend avoiding the headache of staying here. Refused to help me in altering my booking at all, even though I contacted them 5 minutes after making my booking (which was two weeks out...) Very unprofessional resort. Will not be coming back. Disappointing."
