"Clean, new and well maintained."

"The staff was nice and helpful. I liked where the hotel was located. I liked that it wasn’t in a crowded area but close enough to town. The beds were comfortable and I slept really well. We stayed in a room on the first floor with courtyard view, and if there are people out there hanging out, playing corn hole or the other game they have you can kind of hear them, but I had my fan to drown them out. I would stay again."

"Room smelled like mildew, the lock on the door was broken making it difficult to close the door, the TV didn't work it was stuck on one sports channel. We stayed an extra night only so our daughter could swim and they closed the pool for maintenance didnt bother to tell us before we paid. Horrible experience, the only good thing I can say is the beds were comfortable and the pool was nice when it was open."

"We asked about early check in before the Railbird Festival and the staff gladly let us check in at 12:30. The property was very clean(almost sterile feeling). Parking was a breeze and breakfast was great! There are many food options close. Just around the corner you’ll find a Kroger, Walmart and a mall. I’d recommend this particular Hampton Inn for any trip close to Lexington."

"The room was clean and modern with very comfy mattresses. The bathroom had name brand toiletries. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The location is close to the interstate and many places to eat and shop. We didn't get to try the on-site sushi restaurant because of other plans and lack of time, but friends and family all recommended it. We will definitely be back."

"This is the first hotel I’ve ever checked into where they didn’t ask for an ID at all. We walked into the room and there was a huge amount of hair on the corner of the bed. We also couldn’t get the tv to work. We let the front desk know the room originally didn’t have a remote. They sent one down that didn’t work so we called again. Someone came down and put some electrical tape on it and called it good. Once again it didn’t work and the front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it....

"Hotel was very clean and didn't have any lingering smell or spots or stains on the hotel floor. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the ground floor restaurant 33 Staves was excellent and I would strongly recommend to try it out especially if you want to stay away from fast food places at the giant mall. Drew at the front desk check us in and he was very friendly and a great host."

The hotel was extremely clean, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable after a long day at the festival. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the biggest perks was the free on-site parking, which made everything much easier. "Unique hotel with all of the great Double Tree amenities plus a spectacular New Orleans style decor. It’s an amazing hotel and a great place to stay. The Atrium Restaurant in the hotel has great cheeseburgers too!!!!!"

"This is an okay place to stay. I travel a lot in business and have noticed many other Hilton properties with better amenities (bathrooms upgrades etc). but this one is okay. Safe, close to food and the interstate. Very loud in the rooms, people walking upstairs, tv’s next door etc. Not something the hotel can really control but something you definitely notice."
