"When we were checking out & after keys were returned, it was us 2 women & a baby, the door shut behind us & the baby unfortunately got locked inside the room, the staff took their sweet ass time getting to only the 3rd floor, and when the gentleman reached us he was nothing short of rude as hell, had nothing in his hands but a walki talki & didn’t even offer to help us carry one bag or offer to help us in any way, i went to the front desk to let them know their staff has no hospitality and was incredibly rude, to try and correct their staffs attitude they said they would refund us the whole $75 “resort fee” & a voucher for 1 night (even though there is no complimentary breakfast, and evidently no help from the staff so not entirely sure what the “fee” is for) but i digress, they did not refund the whole $75 nor did they ever email w the voucher. do not stay here, they do not care about you or your stay. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and professional. For a Doubletree property it was very dated with older furniture and bathroom fixtures. No place to have breakfast after 10:00am as the restaurant closes. Another negative was parking costs more than $30.00 dollars. If they bring back the chocolate chip cookies that might help. "
