"Well located hotel near restaurants and attractions. Room cleaning was every day, which I found good even though that I refuse to have it clean every day. My room look like it was updated sheet were a little. The kids enjoy the water park, which is very convenient if you don’t wanna leave the hotel. Also they had a live DJ on the other pool. Property parking was a little bit difficult even though they charge $15 per night."

"Clean linens and towels not provided until my last stay there. After 6 phone calls to housekeeping and the front desk, I received everything on the last stay. This is unacceptable when you’re traveling and the lack of responsiveness to the care of guests. Unacceptable. I’m requesting a refund because even when housekeeping forcefully came to drop off the items, they appeared upset. The room was never cleaned and the room was not received with clean amenities. This is beyond belief. Please don’t even bother coming here because your needs will be not prioritized. Hotel management please contact me directly I’m requesting a refund asap or I will make sure your location gets shut down for the lack of sanitary conditions "

"The staff was kind of poor. I asked for someone to come fix my tv an they said I’d be a priority, well I waited an no one ever came. I could never get thru to front desk I always had to walk down there. The ice machine on the 5th floor is broken an I had asked for ice 5 times in 2 days. Nobody ever brought any until I left a note for the housekeeper, an she got me some. When we first arrived on the 27th of March, there’s was strings of hair stuck to the bathroom shower wall. & no can liners in the trash cans. But housekeeping was amazing. "
