"Check in took a little while around noon because all four staffs were tied up with various issues with other guests. The property was amazing. We really enjoyed the gelato shop and the scenic boat ride to the City Walk. Room is being serviced every other day which was a surprise to me."

"The property is older and showing a bit of wear but is neat, clean and affordable. Great customer service, safe property, easy check in as well. Not crazy about the time share they push you to in the lobby, but have stayed here several times and will stay again. Rosen properties are great!"

"I don’t think the price was worth the cost. I had a problem with the television from the moment of check in. No one helped me although I was told three different times they would. The table in our room was also busted and there was no shower curtain liner so the water went every where. I will not be staying there again. There’s a lot better in Orlando for that price."

"Was hoping for a lagoon view room as that's what I booked and they put me in a pool view room which we were told would be ready between 3:30-4 and we didn't get in our room until 4:30 and a trip to the concierge to check on our room. Room was ok, looked like they rushed to clean it though. Beds were very hard and both me and my wife's backs were hurting, but some people like stiff beds so it's a preference more then negative. Pool was nice but not sure if it was due to it being somewhat windy that the side bar closed early. Overall not a bad stay, but do wish it could have been better. Lobby is gorgeous. Not one person working there was rude at all."
