"My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. My only complaint is the lack of maintenance in the common restrooms. The pool bathroom was broken and out of service during my stay, and several other bathrooms were missing paper towels. Improving the maintenance and upkeep of these facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. Danny"

"I was booked for two rooms for handicapped. One room had two steps up to the bedroom, and not a walk in shower. Each room had only one washcloth, and one hand towel. For two people in the room that’s hardly enough. The rooms definitely needed an upgrade..Don’t bother spending the money adding on the breakfast fee. For a Hilton I was very disappointed"

Mi habitación en linea tenía el precio de 102 dolares con dos camas y de validez para cuatro personas, pero el personal quería cobrarme 155 dolares para hospedar tres personas. Entonces les dije que en linea el precio por 4...
