"The property was very nice and clean. Air conditioner worked great. Location is in a lively street, so a bit noisy. There are a lot of stairs to reach the property so a bit difficult to reach with luggage. Bathrooms and kitchen in working condition."

"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

Located in the picturesque town of Fazana just in the right size with a very good beach, near Brijuni and with a lot of really good restaurant (such as La Bodega). "Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....
