"This is NOT a hotel. Be aware that if you are staying more than 3 nights you must provide your own sheets & towels. Don’t rely on being able to rent them from reception because it will likely be closed when you arrive. You also have to do a complete clean of the apartment on exit, which took us about 3 hours. This place would be okay if they corrected the non-provision of sheets & towels, and included end-of-stay cleaning within the price, but as it stands I wouldn’t recommend it, which is a...

"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it.
One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something .
I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."
