Charming boutique hotel close to Nice Ville station and shops on Av. Jean Médecin. A bit further from Old Town and Quai des É-U but still walkable. Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Room was small but very quiet and comfortable with a view of the sunny courtyard. Would stay again.

A very nice little hotel in a quiet, safe area with a pleasant garden. An easy 20 minute walk to the Promenade and with lots of good eateries nearby. The duty staff at reception were all very helpful. Can’t comment on the free breakfast as it was not free. Make sure you get the room you booked, as we paid, via Expedia, for a deluxe bedroom but were given the simplest on offer.

Maison Durante is located just a few minutes from the train station, but gives you the feeling you are somewhere else. So quiet and wonderful, perfect location for us. The hotel is beautifully designed with high quality all over. We booked a big suite, with a view to the cozy backyard. The suite was big and spacious with everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful - not the usual buffet, but you order what you want from a menu, and the food is made for you in no time. All the staff were very helpful and super nice!

The room was very spacious as we enjoyed a corner room. The door locks were digital and were easy to operate. The shower had great water pressure and I liked the fact that the toilet was separate from the shower room across from each other in the room. There was plenty of room for luggage and closets for clothes. The staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was short and sweet. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful and gave us good recommendations for the little time we spent in Nice. I would happily stay here again. It was quiet, tucked away and a 15/20 min walk to the seafront. There are free croissants, infused water and coffee's in the reception area too, which was a nice touch. It's close to the train station so that was handy! :) x

Good location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast.

Well located, with friendly staff. The breakfast was lively. Bear in mind though that this is France and the air conditioning is not as cool as some would like. Room a touch small for a longer stay.

A small hotel in a quiet street in Nice

This is a small hotel tucked at the back of the street. So you need to pull your luggage for about 200 feet to get to the hotel from the street. The room is very small but clean. It appears the rooms were renovated from an old building. The location is good, close to the train station. It’s relatively expensive. We paid $250 per night. Breakfast cost $20 pp. We didn’t eat breakfast there, as there are better choices nearby.

Our room, 31, was super cute and spacious. AC was awesome. Loved the communication through whatsapp and staff was helpful especially with recommendations. Checking in they give you a map and give info and recommendations to get the most out of every visit.

A little gem of a hotel , quiet and peaceful haven within a busy city. Staff pleasant and helpful. Lovely little garden to chill out but no bar service. However if you wanted a drink there’s another little place directly next door you can use. Easily walkable from main station and into town.

First be advised that to get to this Beautique hotel you must enter entrance of Code’Azur hotel. You will not see Maison Durante from the one way street. Chloe was outstanding! She welcomed us and help finding a parking. We had to pay for two parking slots since parking is not easy on this place ( at least has a parking!). This place is not easy for people with moving difficulties. There are many stairs although once inside there is a small elevator to the second floor. For breakfast you can order a la carte many things and everything was cooked well. It is a clean hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a wonderful little gem of a hotel. The rooms were refreshed and newly remodeled. The location is walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. You feel like they have welcomed you into their home. Breakfast is fantastically made to order by chef Christopher. He may be the nicest person in the city of Nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Boutique hotel.

It is an extraordinary boutique hotel with lovely courtyard with flowers and trees. The staff, Chloe, Julie and Emma hosted us like at home. Breakfast is elaborate and excellent. Maison Durante is right across the Nice ville railway station proximity to the tram line to visit the old town, sea side and café, restaurants, sightseeing, etc.
