"The hotel is in a very good location, with everything nearby and easy access to the main areas of Nice. However, the overall experience does not match the price, as it feels too expensive for the level of service provided.
The rooms are not cleaned daily, and there is no staff available to assist guests or handle issues when needed. In addition, there is no 24-hour lobby or reception, which can be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals or unexpected situations.

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "La gentillesse du personnel m’a beaucoup plus mais le ménage des chambre beaucoup moins. On est plus sur un 3 étoiles qu’un 4 étoiles.

"Staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you have a car, you need to put your hazards in and temporarily double park to drop off heavy bags, but plenty of parking lots nearby…reception guided us well on that. Breakfast at 20 euro was a great deal and excellent, and service was excellent. Just an 18 minute walk to the promenade."
