Overall we had a nice stay, room
Was clean , most of the staff were pleasant, breakfast was good.
Location is excellent close to new and old town.
I have stayed here in the past and didn’t appreciate that the pool and sun loungers were only open after may 15th unfortunately this wasn’t on the website so I assumed it would be available. We asked if we could have a lounger on the upstairs terrace we were told they were not available until 15th may . Drinks and food were still available on the upstairs terrace so the hotel were happy to have customers on the terrace but not happy to allow customers to have a sun lounger this was disappointing as one of the main reasons of choosing the hotel was for the roof terrace facilities.
On the first day we mentioned to the reception staff that there was no aircon working in the room we were told it was not available until
The 15 th may this was disappointing as the temperatures in the room were high it was 24 degrees outside and this would have made the room more comfortable.
We also reported that the sink had a crack in it the bath plug was broken and damaged and the bedside lamps were broken but nothing was done to mend any of these things during our stay.
The towel radiator in the bathroom was not working to dry towels when they were wet we were told this was not available until may 15 th although I didn’t understand why as it would have been more convenient to dry .
We noticed aircon was working in the 7th floor bar and restaurant.
