"Pros— The location was excellent!! 10/10 The pools are beautiful & you can walk right out to the beach & snorkel. The lawn chairs are comfortable with big umbrellas for people who want shade. The housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast staff were so kind. Please bring money to tip them- they deserve it! Breakfast has a lot of wonderful options - we were pleasantly surprised. Our specific room (these vary) was large with a great balcony.
Cons— The elevator broke several times, which was okay...

"Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I highly recommend the Hotel Luna for your next vacation! ❤️❤️❤️"

"We had an excellent time at the resort. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Always had a smile on their face. The amenities were good and the beds were super comfortable. However, the resort is due for a renovation as the wear and tear is very obvious. The beach access is excellent and so convenient. Food was just okay, after a few nights there it starts to feel repetitive and limited options. But overall we had a great time. The wild animals and cats on the property add a super cute...
