"The resort is an older resort with classic island charm. The property and amenities make up for the dated furniture in the units. The resort is perfect for a relaxed stay and easily accessible to all other resorts and restaurants via the shuttle or taxi. I will be coming back for a longer stay. The beach is priceless!"

"Turks and Caicos is an expensive island so there was good value in staying at The Sands. They are within walking distance to a small downtown area and to their sister hotel, The Palms. Food at Hemingway’s was good and the restaurant is conveniently located close to the pool and beach, however they have a tiny bar area and infrequent service to the beach area. There would be better use of space if they had a bar area on the deck closer to the beach. We had some issues with our lights not shutting...

"Beautiful B&B with wonderful staff! My room was fabulous with a beautiful bathroom and huge shower. The pool is wonderful. They have a top floor sun deck with thick cushioned loungers and beautiful loungers throughout the B&B. It is very peaceful and the staff works tirelessly at keeping the place spotless. You can elect to have breakfast prepared by staff and/or also have use of their huge kitchen which is fully equipped with anything you need. They provide you with fresh beach/pool towels...

"Sarah at reception was extremely helpful, she even drove me to the airport the morning of my departure. The bar/restaurant closes at 5pm, so make sure to order drinks and supper before then. I will stat at Sunset Ridge again!!!"

"Beach is beautiful and a short walk from the room"

"Self free parking is available at the property. The staff is not friendly at all. We had no room service for 5 days at all. We didn't need anything so it was ok for us, but if you are a family with kids and need anything its hard, the staff is not friendly at all. The property is good, well maintained and was clean as well. "

"Stunning location right on Grace Bay. Steps from the beach and hotel also has a fantastic restaurant on-site. Rooms are basic but clean and you can't beat the location. "

" Awesome resort! Restaurants were great too. Rooms were clean with nice views. Pools and amenities were exceptional. The beach was wonderful, lots of activities if you choose. Entire staff was helpful, Khem, Sley, Love, Fortune, David... too many to mention, all great. Excellent location for relaxation and peace and quiet. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. "Just a 1-minute walk from the beautiful beach! This hotel made our stay so easy and relaxing. Plenty of free parking right at the hotel, clean and comfortable rooms equipped with all the home-like amenities we needed. We especially loved that fresh beach towels were always available by the pool — such a thoughtful touch that made beach days effortless. Highly recommend for anyone wanting convenience and comfort right by the beach!"
