"El personal q trabaja no son tan amables como deberían de ser , es un lugar paradisiaco y muy caro , esto se refiere a casi todo el personal pero también admito q encontré buenas personas pero el personal debe mejorar el trato se le deje o no propina"

"My husband and I went for our 25th anniversary and we enjoyed our stay! Pros: Beautiful resort, well-maintained, smaller than what we are normally used to, rooms were nice, Foid and drink were very good. We only had a buffet one night and it was "Caribbean Night" where they served oxtails, beans, rice, smoked steak, smoked ribs, and smoked chicken, etc. It was really good! Every other night, we ordered from a menu in the restaurant...different menu every day... Cons: We went in September, which...

"Excellent"

"The Royal West Indies – Truly an Amazing Experience! 🌴🌊 My stay at The Royal West Indies was truly amazing! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room had a beautiful, generously sized balcony overlooking the garden, pool, and ocean. Happy hour every day from 5–7 PM was a great bonus, and Gab was the absolute best! Shoutout to Gab for making my experience even more enjoyable! The beach was hands down one of the best...

"The location was perfect. Quiet but close to everything. Staff was so helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Could not ask for a better stay. Thank you Zenza"

"Most gorgeous beach I’ve ever been on. Lovely hotel and facilities. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I think it fell short with simple amenities that are important to me. There was no water provided in the room and it cost $7 per bottle at the restaurant. The coffee in the room was de-caf only and we went to the desk to ask for some regular and they sent us to the restaurant for that also which cost $6 per cup. We would have liked to brew coffee in our room as a fully equipped room should...

"We fell in love with our 1 week stay at The Tides Grace Bay. Brenda, Joe, Justin and the staff were exceptional. The Tides Hotel met all of our expectations, we were within walking distance to the beach. Brenda the property manager was a delight to get to know during our stay, since they are the ones ensuring our comfort. The people who are ensuring our experience are the ones ensuring things are moving. While your there get to the people and it's land history. The Junkanoo museum was a...

"Wonderful!"

"Everything was simply amazing!"

"Great place for couples looking for privacy and romance. Jerome at the Cove bar is just excellent! Kiki at the front desk is just super helpful. And Artie, our driver, was just as warm and friendly as he could be. The view from our villa was disappointing. As this is a terrible time of year for the Atlantic Ocean. Tons of seaweed. But have no fear, the other side of the island is a different ocean that is as clear and beautiful as humanly possible. The food is amazing. The staff was...

"Everything was great. No complaints. All the restaurants are walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place and consider staying there again."
