Small property and away from everything - good for families with small children. Water in pool and beach too cold. Service in pool bar not so good, had to get my own drinks most of the time and did not open until 11 am. Not worth the price.

Great experience! The resort was beautiful and the staff was so fun! The entertainment crew made our stay a blast. Ace, Tweety, Shaq, Tishane, and Razzour were amazing! Pedro and Wilson were great at keeping the drinks coming. And the excursions were unbelievable because of Kamar and John. We will definitely be going back!

This was a great vacation for our family. The beach, pool, and above all else, the staff that led the games, activities, and special events, made it a great stay. The physical hotel needs upgrading - given the price - and the menus for lunch and dinner need more variety and especially healthy options for kids.

My wife and me went here for our honeymoon. The hotel staff went out of their way and made a card and chocolate covered strawberries. Which they surprised us with them in our room. All the hotel staff was really nice and great to get along with.

First and foremost, the staff was Impeccable! Incredibly friendly, helpful, funny, personable and honestly the best resort staff I've dealt with and I've been to a lot of resorts. Food was fantastic and the activities in abundance and fun. The ocean view suite is beautiful. I honestly could not say enough about how wonderful it was. My wife and I will be going back multiple times!

A high end all inclusive stay

Great hotel . Lovely food at all of the restaurants and at all times of the day. Quiet and chilled with a family friendly crowd. Many of the facilities are Brand new or in great condition. The room was lovely. Only issue was towels and water requested to the room several times to no avail. Service in the Grill wasn’t the best and everything closes 10:30/ 11ish which was a bit early for us . I would def stay here again though .

The Hotel is rated 4.5 star. However it is more like 3.5 star Food is terrible but workers try to be over welcoming. Always short with every item requested. Their other property had much better food. However it was nothing close to 4 Star.

Check-in staff was great, food was limited but good, service in restaurant was great, activities staff was great. But no service at beach, daytime/lunch service was terrible, and really hard to figure out how to operate on the property. No room service options. Shuttle only operates once per hour, between 10 am and 10 pm, and often gets full enough that it has to leave people behind.
