"Great for family stay. Quiet, safe location but close enough by car to all the beaches, restaurants etc for the day. Would absolutely stay again when in the area. "

"Daily room upkeep was excellent. Included breakfast was delicious with many options. Quiet atmosphere. Beautiful beach and attendants will help you find spot. During our stay, a pipe broke, resulting in loss of water. Multiple workers were called in, and the problem was fixed within three hours. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always helpful. We hope to go back again to the same resort."

"Somerset is so good we almost don’t want to write a review so no one knows about it :) Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. "

The room was quite clean, but it was a bit awkward to have the toilet and shower share a door (only one could be closed at a time) and be open to the main living area. "Our villa was very spacious and quiet. The wraparound deck had lots of seating and a great view. Everything we had at the restaurant on the property was delicious and it was a short walk to beautiful Sapodilla beach."
