This appears to be a timeshare. Exterior well kept. Interior aged and outdated. Very few people there. Limited things to do nearby. One of two units no hot water. Shower heads in both units needed to be replaced; caked with debris and water not coming out. No telling if they had ever been replaced

I never write reviews but we had a terrible experience, We arrived early before check in multiple attempts to contact property to arrange a early check in or get options prior to arrival no response We were told we were too early by a very rude unwelcoming employee, we had to inquire as to where we could put our things and very reluctantly given minimal direction to the pool area, we arrived at 11:00am and were told we would be contacted when our room was ready by 4:00pm with no call we went to the front office where another employee let us finally check in after finally getting in our room we were greeted by an awful smell of fish in the room and a refrigerator that was beyond loud after speaking to we guessed a manager we were told there were no alternatives rooms available and the following day we could change rooms or they would fix the refrigerator needless to say none of the above happened, We tried to make the best of the trip but it is definitely not a walkable vacation spot at all you definitely need a car, never received any help from management we tried to air out the room to no avail, honestly a disaster i have never experienced such terrible customer service we honestly gave up and tried to enjoy but be aware very unfriendly environment live and learn, just writing this so others won’t be duped I could go on but simply put would never stay here again buyer beware

Self free parking is available at the property. The staff is not friendly at all. We had no room service for 5 days at all. We didn't need anything so it was ok for us, but if you are a family with kids and need anything its hard, the staff is not friendly at all. The property is good, well maintained and was clean as well.

The Hotel is nice and a close walk to beach. Make sure to not get towels too dirty with beach sand or you may be charged a fee for towels. Rooms had coffee pot and hot water but it's byo coffee and tea products. Also no full length mirrors in room. Food on property available for purchase but better options a short walk up the road.

The property is not a beachfront property, but it is less than five minutes from a beach and it is within walking distance. Turtle Cove Marina is literally 3 to 5 minutes away walking. The facility is nice and clean. The rooms and balcony are a generous size! I was impressed!

There is no elevator so I had yo walk up five flights of stairs. Not easy with luggage. The room was large and clean with big balcony. The safe in the room was on the floor with no directions how to use it so I had to keep my valuables looked up in my suitcase. Because of this I did not have the housekeepers clean my room. The beach is quite a distance away. Not good if you have trouble walking. There is a restaurant on premises which was ok. There are 3 others about a block away which were good. The grocery store is far away so you need to take a taxi cab to get there which cost me $28.00 . Groceries were expensive. I took a taxi $40.00 to Grace Bay to go shopping. All the stores for your souvenirs are expensive. Nothing cheap here. I would suggest staying in Grace Bay if you wanted to be by the beach and close to restaurants and shops. My first time here and I would never go back!

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Full kitchen and even a washer & dryer! They do need new mattresses. Close to everything and the staff was friendly & helpful.

I booked 3 rooms and all was spotless with no issues. My family and I enjoyed the property and staff. Great location that was within walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. I loved the pool on the top floor, which was for adults only. It was so wonderful. Definitely will stay there again.
