My wife and I chose The Regent Grand to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Lorraine greeted us at check-in with such warmth and hospitality, and when our room was ready, she personally escorted us upstairs and provided a tour that made us feel truly cared for. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every team member, from the beach attendants to the bar staff, was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. Their consistency in service made the experience feel effortless and relaxing. Our suite was beautiful. It was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The full kitchen, living room, and dining area gave it the comfort of home with the luxury of a resort. And the view from our patio was absolutely spectacular. Waking up to that turquoise water each morning made our anniversary celebration even more special. If you’re looking for a laid-back yet romantic getaway in Turks and Caicos, I couldn’t recommend The Regent Grand more. It was the perfect setting for our celebration, and we can’t wait to return.

Amazing hotel and super helpful and friendly staff, great location and beachfront, close to anything you need including restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend staying at the Regent Grand, will definitely go back again.

We stayed at the Regent Grand for 5 days and 4 nights. It was exactly what we were looking for in an adults vacation. When we arrived we were awed by the view from the lobby overlooking the pool in the courtyard to the beautiful blue waters of Turks and Caicos. There was no wait to check-in and we were personally escorted to our room and given all necessary information about the hotel on our walk to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, room cold with a/c and coffee stocked. There was never a wait at the elevator to get to our room and we enjoyed the old school physical key method of entry into the room which overlooked the beautiful pool. The location of the hotel is right at the heart of the social thing. Everything we could need was only a 5 minute walk and we enjoyed sampling the variety of delicious non-chain island priced food. We didn't have a bad meal. We hit the casino, golf simulators, Italian, BBQ, ice cream and shopping all just a 5 minute walk. The hotel staff was very friendly and ready to serve from their pool side bar all the way to the beach. There was waking up early to reserve chairs and when you wanted to change from the beach to the pool there was always space available. It was windy at the beach during our stay put the architecture of the pool being placed inside the courtyard prevented the same wind from entering making it a tropical paradise. We will be back for more.

We took a chance with the Regent grand and couldn’t be happier. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and has the best location in Grace Bay, both at the beach (clean of seaweed) and walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. Is very quiet because the condos are privately owned, but they clean your place daily and there’s waiters at the pool and beach. Never had to wrestle for a pool or beach chair and never felt overcrowded.

Room spotless. View from 503 breathtaking. John and Lorraine were super friendly and welcoming. Great location next to restaurants and Graceway Gourmet grocery store. Good deli and daily takeout meals that were reasonable. Only downside is that everything is very expensive here.

We've been to Turks five times now and this has been our favorite property. The location is so convenient and the condos are updated, spacious, and just lovely. The beds are beyond comfortable! We'll definitely be back. Right in the action for New Year's Eve fireworks two hotels down without all the extra crowds and noise. Loved it!

The property is amazing!!! The location is incredible and the staff, especially John, treated us like royalty. He went out of his way to make sure that everyone had a great vacation and he has a tremendous amount of pride in making this place extra special. Initially, i was disappointed at not being able to stay at the Ritz Carlton next door- but even as a Lifetime Platinum Bonvoy member I am glad I stayed at The Regent Grand. This property has excellent amenities and the staff are always polishing something to make it sparkle. My family all loved how much they catered to our family of four. We loved our stay so much we are going to book the same unit next year!

Beautiful views, awesome property. Great place since it is mainly owner occupied. Our favorite place on the island. Not many children makes it a great place for couples. No need for a car since every thing is walkable.

It was so quiet and luxurious, never had to run first thing in the morning for a beach chair. Very easy to get around, right on Grace Bay. Walkable to everything including many shops and restaurants.

This was an amazing experience. The property is gorgeous. The pool is huge. The two hot tubs are hot. The beach is fantastic. And above all the people who work here are just amazing. Any need do you have they will jump and do it for you. The rooms themselves are very well laid out and have every amenity you will need. Hands-down, if you’re on the fence about where to stay come here. I am not I paid for advertisement. We were on Long Bay in a villa that had bugs and we checked out of there and had to quickly find a place that would fit our family of six. And we wind it up here and said literally every day how grateful we were given how beautiful it is.
