We had a wonderful first time vacation at this resort. The staff was so attentive and welcoming. The private beach is beautiful, uncrowded and peaceful. Our 2 bedroom cottage was very clean and comfortable and the resort is very quiet at night. The resort is close to everything, just a short drive away from restaurants and shops but feels like a secluded oasis. Thank you to the staff at Kokomo Botanical Resort for an amazing vacation!

The pool was enjoyable. The staff were amazing..Minnie was fantastic and the phone they provide with taxi names and info was a huge help. Location perfect..and relaxing.

Our 5th time on this gorgeous island over the past 10 years - Staying 7 nights at this property for the first time. We booked the room through Expedia where this is a VIP access property and free upgrade was included but was never offered (given property seems relatively empty, assuming availability). Rooms: - Quite dated.. dirt and grime on the shades and the bathroom. We found couple of large glass bottle shards on the sofa and hesitating to let our 11 month roam around. - One AC for the entire cottage. Booked this place because it is advertised in Expedia as AC in the bedroom. Due to this reason - you pretty much have to leave doors open at all times and defeats the purpose of having a two bedroom cottage. Service: - Security staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff (Ruth) is extremely rude and acts like she hates her job and everyone involved in the process. We discussed this with other guests and everyone feels the same. Every morning, we need to endure this for the breakfast.. - Breakfast is the exact same plate everyday. It is not continental as advertised and they prep and serve the same plate. You can order extras to balance it which we've been doing. Location: - No concerns here. If you didn't do any research to find out this is not a beach property, that'd be on you. We have a rental car and that gets us anywhere we like. Beach had umbrella and chairs, no service. Overall: - If I knew these cottages are so old and lacking amenities at ~$500 per nig

Wonderful resort! Clean and well furnished cottage, reasonable price, quiet and tropical environment and delicious food at the restaurant. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this resort especially for couples.

Everything was great about KBR! Food was good, rooms were clean, gardens were amazing, and staff was very helpful. Wenie was the absolute best host and made sure we wanted for nothing. Will absolutely go back!

Overall, Kokomo is a lovely place, BUT…. There are a few issues. The bathrooms need to be updated. The shower faucet was terribly rusted, and it was bothersome that maintenance hadn’t changed something so simple. Having the kitchen was absolutely wonderful, especially due to the fact that the restaurant on the resort was ridiculously expensive… I mean ridiculously expensive. Kokomo did provide vouchers for free continental breakfast daily, so that was appreciated. Supermarket was super close, so we opted to food shop and cook… traveled with children, so this was necessary. When we arrived, we were pleasantly welcomed by Wenie, who was most helpful in giving information. Cleaning staff was great…. Worst experience… Ruth, who works in the restaurant. Very unfriendly… never provided a smile, welcome or good morning… her delivery was very harsh and she seemed annoyed if you only ordered the continental breakfast. We actually hated going there because of her honestly. I would return in the future.

Nice and scenic grounds as well as cute & clean little cottages. Our top 2 staff, would be Wenie, she went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great vacation. Also Jeffery the beach shuttle driver is super nice and helped us with all of our questions about getting around the island Plus high five to the chef at the WE Restaurant on site, everything we ordered was really good and affordable, comparing to other restaurants that had good reviews

My cottage was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Wenie and Alberto were available to assist. Housekeeping was diligent and food quit good.

Need hot water and the kitchen area need to be more available until 11:30 at least the restaurant is closed on Mondays also needs a gym on location

We booked this hotel because the rates were reasonable, the cottages had two bedrooms, and the location, while not on the beach, was central. The grounds are beautiful, the on-site restaurant was good and the staff were very accommodating. They have a shuttle to a beautiful and quiet beach on Grace Bay next to the Wymara where you can get a delicious lunch at their oceanfront restaurant. The shuttle runs on a regular schedule but the driver was always available to take us to and from the beach as needed. We had amazing massages at the spa. I only gave it four stars because the cottages are in need of updating - especially the bathrooms - but other than that we were happy with our decision to stay there. I definitely recommend renting a car - you will need it to explore the island and to get to off-site restaurants.

Lovely staff and beautiful property! Wenie was lovely and very helpful and Jeffery at the beach was amazing and very helpful too! We had one issue with our toilet but it was promptly fixed which was great! I also liked how remote it felt. I did feel like we were the only people there for the first few days. I would recommend to rent a car. The beach was only a 3 minute drive so it's really convenient. There is also a set up on the beach and you can use the restaurant/bar/games on the beach and bathrooms which is great! I would recommend this resort if you're looking for a break from the big loud resort vibe and want a place to relax and enjoy beautiful Turks and Caicos!
