"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"The pool was dirty, the screen door to the balcony was broken, the sheets were dirty and there was a roach in the bedroom. The staff came and changed the sheets though. Also, at the beach, there was no one there to help with chairs and on one of the days, about 30-40 kids came and took over the area as well as the beach chairs. The desks ladies were really nice."

The room was fine but certainly run down compared to the Expedia photos - rust on fixtures, water damage on wood and overall just needing some things replaced. The bathroom was decent.
