"The cabin was not clean....dead bug in the ledges. Also, the carpets are not a good idea in the woods. Moldy smell."

"There was no staff when I arrived. I took an envelope w my last name on it from the front desk and followed to my room. There was no interaction with any human being so I had no clue what to expect. The toilet seat was loose and it just got worse in the evening. We should have let management know right away but we didn't expect it to fall off. The bathroom sink is narrow and "sideways".
