"Had a few small issues with room initially, but Abdul (?) moved us to a different room for the remainder of our stay. He was very friendly & accommodating & checked to make sure we were happy with the change. The room was cute & clean and it’s a great location to access shops, restaurants and the lake. Appreciated the bottled water and cookies in the room! We hope to return in the future!"

"Very comfy stay. One recommendation is to add a teash can to the laundry room for collection of lint. Love that there's complimentary laundry for guests. "

"Room was clean when we got there but the bathroom didn't close. I called 3 times for the housekeeper to come to get cleans towels first I was told to take the dirty ones to the lobby and to get clean ones and then was told they would send the housekeeper she never came I called 2 hours later and was told they were sending right away and she never came I called again and was told again she was coming right now and she never showed up. Other than that our stay was great."
