"The room was nice and the staff were nice. However, multiple families from our softball team stayed at this hotel. We all had a minimum of 4 people staying in each room. Every room only had 1 or 2 towels. The front desk said they were out when we tried to get more. They didn’t even have hand towels they could give us. We were in a room that slept 6, but had 1 towel. That is extremely unacceptable. Towels are a basic necessity, and there’s no reason we shouldn’t have had enough…especially after...

It was an extremely busy day with lots of people checking in at the same time, this lady was working on her own, but kept it together, showing no stress and did it all with a smile.
