Hotel murah di Cala de Sant Esteve

"Très bel établissement. Service très bon de la part d'une partie des membres de l'équipe. D'autres sont moins serviables. Gros point négatif qui n'est mentionné nulle part: les chambres avec terasses sont TOUTES communiquantes. Nous avons changé de chambre durant le séjour grâce au personnel attention mais le problème persiste. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Son Granot hotel, Miguel, Mario and Ximena and all the staff were so welcoming to us and were happy to help with anything we needed. This is a lovely b&b located just out of a small town (close enough to walk), the pool was perfect for the warm weather!! The room had everything you needed and breakfast was delicious. We also visited the restaurant at the bottom of the drive which was delicious and would recommend (Pulau). We hope to stay here again!"

En cuanto a la recepción, da gusto tratar con ciertos recepcionistas, pero otros estarían mejor en otro trabajo, ya que parece que les debes algo. En nuestro caso, nada más llegar tuvimos muy mala experiencia. Nos habían puesto en la habitación de discapacitados, cuando ni lo somos, ni era lo que...

The staff were wonderful—friendly, welcoming and helpful—and our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The only downside was parking. The nearby parkade was consistently full, and finding parking in the area was quite difficult, especially with luggage. I would definitely recommend staying here without a car if possible. We also received a message from Expedia saying our check-in...

"Beautiful hotel made even better because of the staff. Sarah was just so lovely and Fani's homemade baking items at breakfast were totally outstanding. Lovely room, great plunge pool on the top floor and great amenities to go with that. The air conditioning was also great - thank goodness. Sometimes you have such a good experience with people that it makes your holiday. The staff did that for us. We will be back."
